Mr. Yatish Acharya is a dedicated and passionate mentor with a profound commitment to academia and research. With over a decade-long experience, he has made a significant impact on students from diverse backgrounds, inspiring them in learning economics both inside and outside the classroom. 

Born in Arghakhanchi, Mr. Acharya pursued his higher studies in Kathmandu after completing his secondary education. He holds a master's degree with a major in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics and an M. Phil. degree in Economics from the central department of Economics, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal, obtained in 2014 and 2021 respectively. 

Commencing his teaching career at the secondary level, Mr. Acharya progressed to teaching at the higher secondary and undergraduate levels at different prestigious institutions such as Himalayan Whitehouse College, Ace Institute of Management, Trinity International College, and Kist College. Currently, he serves as a faculty of economics at the Global College of Management and Uniglobe SS/College. 

Recognized for his excellent teaching skills and expertise in economic theories and research Mr. Acharya has been honored with the ‘Teaching Excellence Award’ for the last two consecutive years at Uniglobe College. He is an avid researcher in the field of macroeconomics, Political Economics, and Environmental economics and has contributed to these fields through publications, presentations, and participation at different national and international conferences, and insightful newspaper columns on current economic and environmental affairs.     

Beyond his academic pursuits, Mr. Acharya enjoys reading books, traveling to explore different destinations, and volunteering in social and humanitarian activities.
