Lecturers facilitate prominent issues of ethics and how moral principles should guide one's behavior in all aspects of life. These critical discussions are no longer limited to the humanities classroom-rather, moral decency is the core curriculum for development of great societies. As said by Plato, "If you ask what is the good of education in general, the answer is easy: that education makes good men, and that good men act nobly.” 

That's why I have been engaged in this dynamic field for two decades with high of level of satisfaction.

Mr. Poudel is an ardent educational personality working in this field with his interest in serving society with his career as a teacher, writer, and researcher. Ever since he graduated from TU, he has already been working for more than a decade in different government and private educational academies outside and inside the Kathmandu Valley.
