 With a strong commitment to education and student development, Mr. Neupane is dedicated to empowering students through economics. Biography
 Mr. Neupane has been teaching economics since 2000, specializing in key areas such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and Nepalese economics. Since 2010, he has served as the Head of the Department of Economics at Global College of Management in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. His extensive teaching background includes positions at several prestigious institutions, where he has significantly contributed to the field of economics education.

Role as Head of Department
 In his capacity as Head of the Department, Mr. Neupane undertakes a variety of critical responsibilities that ensure the smooth functioning and academic excellence of the department:

• He prepares and distributes session plans for all faculty members, aligning them with the course requirements set by the National Examination Board (NEB) of Nepal.
• Mr. Neupane leads the department, fostering collaboration among faculty members to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
• He is responsible for preparing question papers for terminal examinations and unit tests, ensuring fair and comprehensive evaluation methods for students.
• He provides guidance on project work and assigns topics for presentations, actively assisting students in their academic pursuits.
• Conducting regular departmental meetings allows him to make informed decisions that impact the department’s direction and strategies.
• Mr. Neupane plays an active role in formulating college policies and ensures their effective implementation, contributing to the overall governance of the institution.
